Japanese Marinated Eggs
INGREDIENTS
1 cup water
1/2 cup sake
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup sugar
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine all ingredients into a container and set aside.
Boil eggs for 6.5 minutes for runny eggs. Whilst eggs are boiling, prepare a bowl with cold water and ice.
Once eggs are boiled, immediately transfer into the ice cold water.
Peel eggs and transfer into marinade container and leave in fridge for a few hours or over night.
