Cancellation Policy & No-Show Fees

Please note, Satisfai Health has late cancellation and no-show fees. If you cancel 24 hours prior to your appointment, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the service fee. If a no-show occurs, you will also be charged 50% of the service fee. This is due to the time slot being reserved for you, making it unavailable for other clients. Your understanding and respect for the time of our practitioners is greatly appreciated.

Everything posted via social media (@satisfainutrition) and on my website is not to treat / diagnose any health conditions. You must consult your primary health practitioner before making any changes to your diet, lifestyle or start supplementation. This information is to help educate you around health and is not medical advice.

Bookings

A credit card detail is required when booking a service - this credit card will be charged for the service or for cancellations. An intake form will be sent out with a confirmation email for the booking, please fill out the intake form prior to appointment. All details provided during appointments are confidential and will require a signature for consent. If failure to sign consent form, this will result in appointments to be cancelled.

Referrals

I am able to refer you to other practitioners if It is outside of my scope of practice. I will be working with various mentors throughout my practice to improve my knowledge and experience, therefore I may discuss cases outside the clinic but no personal information such as name, address, email etc will not be discussed.
