About Saya,
When I embarked my health journey, what I thought was “healthy” back then, is something I do not currently preach. I know firsthand the struggle with building a healthy relationship with food, constantly feeling overwhelmed with how much I should be eating, what I should be and not be eating, dealing with acne, and constantly feeling low and fatigued .
These experiences, while challenging, have shaped my approach to nutrition and wellness, which ultimately led me to pursue a Bachelor of Health Science in Clinical Nutrition.
Now, as a qualified health practitioner, I am committed to helping others cultivate a beautiful relationship with food and put an end to diet culture. I believe in the importance of feeling nourished and satisfied after each meal, and I am eager to share my knowledge about food and how simple being healthy actually can be.
Together, we will align with what suits your lifestyle and work to create long lasting habits with a strong emphasis on education around health. I believe this is the key to maintaining health goals and adopting new, healthier habits.
What are your qualifications?
I have completed Bachelor Health Science in Clinical Nutrition at Torrens University. I am a degree qualified Nutritionist registered with the Australian Natural Therapists Association (ANTA). Member number 29588.
